1. Add your documents
Excel can be added laterStart with your Word template. You can work without an Excel file.
2. Review and update
Missing figures stay unchanged. Amounts and totals are not recalculated. Check reporting periods, units, totals and disclosures before using the document.
Complete the financial statements
Current-period figures come from the Excel workbook (trial balance, cash book, creditors ledger). Comparatives, notes and narrative come from last year’s statements. Notes are rebuilt with the entity’s own lines, totals are recalculated, the performance analysis is drafted and auditor checks are run. Anything that cannot be sourced is listed for you to complete.
Upload a template and at least one source document.

Select the column explicitly; prior-year amounts are not current-period figures.
Source figures
Excel uses saved values, including cached formula results. Recalculate and save Excel before importing.
Inspect source table
Choose a paragraph to edit. You can copy reference text from the previous statements, then update names, dates and wording.

Only approved changes go into the download. Unapproved or missing items remain exactly as in your template.
